In the year 1850, after a long sea journey, the first frigate with German settlers lands at the Corral port, city of Valdivia, south of Chile. The Entrelagos Chocolate Factory is part of the legacy that the settlers, whose drive and blending with the existing Spanish and indigenous traditions change the course of the cultural, professional and industrial history of south of Chile.
As heirs to this tradition, Entrelagos has turned into the most important industry of fine handcrafted chocolates and marzipan in Chile. The settlers’ strength is present in every creation, as a living testimony looking to change concepts, to develop and innovate sensations and design. Retaking the past, to revolutionize the present.
Our products are single-crafted thanks to the work of about 100 craftsmen, most of whom have been more than 25 years with us. Every little fruit or marzipan shape is a delicate work of art, the result of skillful hands that bring into every creation their love and deep pride for the work being done.
